Your satisfaction is important to me. Each item in my shop is carefully prepared and inspected before shipping.
Stickers, Magnets, and Keychains
Due to the nature of these small specialty items, returns are not accepted for stickers, magnets, or keychains.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and include a photo so I can assist you quickly. In these cases, I will gladly offer a replacement or another suitable solution.
T-Shirt Returns & Exchanges
Because apparel sizing can vary, unworn and unwashed T-shirts may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed
If a shirt arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with a photo so I can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders placed with incorrect addresses may not be eligible for refunds. If an invalid address is submitted, the order may be cancelled to prevent shipping issues.
Orders with fake or incorrect email addresses may also be cancelled if the issue cannot be resolved.
